Akihabara, or ‘Electric Town’, is the place to go for all things electronic. Wander around, and you’ll encounter a goodly number of people in cosplay, a myriad anime stores, whole blocks of games and computers, and many little shops dedicated to specialist electronics parts. You can even try out a maid café.

If you’re actually looking to purchase electronics, I’d suggest checking out one of the two multi-storey stores: Bic Camera, and Yodobashi Camera.
