Granola
Junko has recently started making her own, incredibly tasty, granola for breakfast. At Michael’s request we took the time to write-up and share the recipe.
Ingredients
- Rolled Oats—200g
- Mixed Nuts (Hazel Nuts, Walnuts, Almonds, etc)—Handful
- Coconut Flakes
- Olive Oil—2-3 Table Spoons
- Maple Syrup—2-3 Table Spoons
- Raisins—Handful
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to roughly 120ºC (250ºF).
- Mix all the ingredients (except for the raisins) with the olive oil and maple syrup.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a roasting tray.
- Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
- Allow the granola to cool and then mix in raisins.
