Only in Japan would you get plushie Panda velcro cable ties… but the ‘MADE IN CHINA’ tag is the same the world over.

Mason MouseI hate to break it to you, but that may not be a cable tie. It looks just like the little toys my infant nephew has wrapped around the handle to his carseat. :)

inertiaWell, having now looked up what a 'sippy cup' is, I think I'll pass on that kind offer -- though I'm sure you could get quite a nice Hello Kitty (Kitty-chan) one out here...
Alas, I've binned the packaging, but I'm fairly sure it was a cable tie... given I bought it in a tech-shop. That said, I've been known to be wrong ;).
