Organic Bread Goes Mouldy
OK, so all bread goes mouldy if you give it the right conditions and enough time (notably, this usually constitutes a week in my rooms…). However, I have discovered that, with organic bread, one can achieve a far more satisfying shade of green with far less effort.
This week I’m trying Soya bread to see what different colours are possible! Holding out for cherry this time so it matches my site…!
